Mr. Director:
The year 2022 is over, but we are left with a big pending issue for the return of the vacations: to ensure that students who remained in the school system not only return in March 2023, but that they attend classes regularly, since only then will they be able to acquire significant experiences in the cognitive, emotional and social areas, key to their comprehensive development. If we do not take concrete actions now, we are at risk of failing! Let’s work now so that next year we are not lamenting the fact that new children and young people will have joined the more than 50,000 who disengaged from the system in 2022.
